Located only a 1 minute walk to the beach, and a 3 minute walk into town, you'll find Apartment on Winifred.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is the upstairs level of the home. There is a separate flat downstairs, which has it's own private access, and may be occupied by guests during your stay. The back yard is the only area that is shared with the guests in the downstairs flat. There are no internal access stairs between the two floors.

You can catch a glimpse of the water from some parts of the apartment - a nice reminder of just how close you are to the beach.

There are 2 decks for soaking up the sun.

This apartment is suitable for up to 6 guests.

No smoking. No pets.

House Rules and Information

Parking: Off street parking in driveway and on the lawn. The garage cannot be used for parking.

Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels. You will need to bring your own beach towels

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours, and guests downstairs are very close and are to be respected at all times.
