MyStays is a nationwide company, headquartered in Taupo. We are a dedicated local team, committed to supporting and understanding the unique goals of our property owners. When you partner with us, you'll not only benefit from our expertise but also get to know us personally, as you'll have regular interactions with the same team members.

We recognize that every property owner has distinct expectations for their property. It's our responsibility to grasp these expectations and work closely with you to help you achieve your goals.

Your Income - Taken Care Of

We take all financial matters seriously, including a comprehensive Owner Agreement Structure, commissions, listing fees, monthly management fees, linen, and cleaning. Additionally, we use a trust accounting system that ensures on-time monthly payments, providing protection for your income and adhering to auditable standards. Your statement will display a detailed breakdown of income and expenses, and if you ever have questions, don't hesitate to pick up the phone and call us.

Through our owner's portal, you can log in, access future reservations, review their values, and view all statements at any time. We also provide annual statements that you can conveniently share with your accountant, saving you both time and money. Additionally, you can easily make, amend, or cancel your reservations through the owner portal.
