For your comfort, there is a heat pump for cooler months and air-conditioning for warmer days, ensuring your stay is pleasant and enjoyable year-round.

House Rules and Information

Parking: 2 x off street parking + on street parking. There is no parking in the garage due to having the pool table in here. The garage can be used to store bikes and other valuables.

Security cameras: there are two cameras at the front of the property for security purposes only.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who uses professionally laundered linen & towels.

Exit clean included in nightly rate.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
