House Rules and Information

Parking: The internal access garage is great for storing bikes or water-sports gear.

Security cameras: There are cameras outside the entrance and exit of the property. There are no cameras inside the house.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. The neighbours are close and noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times.

Only the number of guests on your booking are allowed at the property during your stay.

The house must be left tidy upon departure. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away. All rubbish must be neatly bagged, and the BBQ must be left clean.

A 2.3% surcharge is charged on all credit/debit card transactions.
