You can't get much closer to the beach than this! Seaview Escape is the ultimate beachfront holiday spot, and has arguably one of the best views in Whangamata. Sit on the large covered deck in the mornings and watch the sun rise across the water. In the evenings, fire up the BBQ and enjoy the most stunning sunset. The location truly is unbeatable - you're only 1.5km to town centre.
The living and dining area are the focal point of the home, and have been positioned to capture the grand sea-view. These areas of the home have been recently renovated.
There are 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms have a classic "retro-bach" feel, while the bathrooms have both been updated from the original to give a more more modern touch.
At the rear of the house there is ample parking for a game of cricket, plenty of parking for your vehicles, and even a large boat. Please note, there is no garage.
We allow children of all ages, but please note - the property is not fenced.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels. You will need to bring your own beach-towels
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
