The Flat on Winifred

The Flat on Winifred is right by the beach, and just a 3 minute stroll to town centre.

Located on the bottom level of the house, the flat has it's own private access. There may be guests in the upstairs apartment during your stay. Only the back yard is shared with the upstairs level of the house. There are no internal stairs between the two floors.

The flat offers an affordable getaway for a couple, or small family of up to 4 guests.

There are two bedrooms, a cozy living area, plus a utility room which is a has a shower, washing machine, and kitchenette. The toilet is separate to the utility room. The kitchenette does not have full cooking facilities - however there is a jug, nespresso coffee machine, microwave, grill, fridge/freezer and BBQ.

No smoking. No pets.

House Rules and Information

Parking: Available on the front lawn. Please leave the driveway clear for the upstairs guests.

Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels. You will need to provide your own beach towels

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours and guests upstairs are very close and are to be respected at all times.
