Spread across three spacious levels, this modern apartment has everything you need for a luxurious stay, whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended holiday.

The ground floor consists of a garage with internal access and a private bedroom complete with its own ensuite, making it an ideal space for guests seeking privacy. Moving up to the second floor, you'll find the main living area, a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, and a convenient separate toilet. This level also features an outdoor dining area with lake views at the front and a private back garden patio with a BBQ and outdoor fireplace for evenings of relaxation.

The third floor is home to two more bedrooms, one with an ensuite, while the other is serviced by a separate bathroom. This floor also offers another living room, perfect for winding down or enjoying time together. With a lift for easy access across all levels, this apartment combines luxury and practicality.

Room Configuration

Third Floor;

Bedroom 1 - Master with ensuite: 1 x Super King Bed

Bedroom 2: 2 x King Single Beds (can be made up as 1 x Super King upon request)

Ground Floor;

Bedroom 3: 1 x King Bed

If you require a change to the standard bedding configuration, please ensure you let us know at least 5 days prior to your arrival.

House Rules and Information

Parking: 1 x garage & 1 x off street parking + on street parking.

Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
