Looking out across the lake and mountains, this modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located only 850 metres from the lake, and only a 5 minute drive to Taupo Town Centre.

The picturesque setting of this immaculate home offers ultimate privacy and enjoyment.

You wont find a better spot to wake up and enjoy the morning sunrise. In the evenings, fire up the BBQ and enjoy the glistening backdrop of Lake Taupo.

Two of the bedrooms have their own gas fire-place - and their own private ensuite bathroom.

Heatpump/Air-conditioning unit, plus underfloor heating will keep you comfortable all year round.

All bedding and towels are provided for you.

Wifi included, and Nespresso pod coffee machine supplied.

Room Configuration

Bedroom 1: 1x Split King Bed

Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed

Bedroom 3: 1 x Single Bed & 1 x Single Over Double Bunk Bed

If you do require the Split-King bed to be made as 2x Singles beds, you must let us know at least 5 days prior to your arrival.

House Rules and Information

Parking: Ample parking space is available for 2 vehicles

STRICTLY no parties, events, or loud groups. Noise must be kept to a reasonable level after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours who are very close. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated.

Nightly rate includes linen and exit clean. The house must be left tidy. All dishes must be washed, dried and put away before your departure. All rubbish must be neatly bagged. BBQ must be left clean.

This is a smoke-free property.

“Recommend For Peaceful Getaway”

The Sweet Spot is beautifully located with views over Lake Taupo. Within moderate walking distance of the town and a 5 min drive. Everything was as described and exceptionally clean. Very easy access to the property with parking right outside. Communication prior to our arrival was excellent & made the whole check in process really easy. Lake Taupo town has plenty of shops & restaurants to choose from. I would highly recommend this beautiful home if your looking for a peaceful getaway.
