With ample room for up to 10 guests, this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home has a large internal access garage for parking, or storing bikes, sports gear etc.

The living area boasts beautiful lake views which can be enjoyed while relaxing in the warmth of the gas-fire.

The outdoor entertaining area provides the perfect spot to fire up the BBQ, or to sit back and take in the view with a coffee from the Nespresso machine.

The back yard is fully fenced and is equipped with a kennel/cage. If you would like to bring your dog with you, you must discuss this with us before booking. There is a pet-fee/bond required - and the property may not suit all dogs.

The house has central heating to keep you toasty in the cooler months. Master bedroom has a heatpump/air-conditioning unit.

Room Configuration

Master Bedroom: 1x Split-King Bed (this bed can be made as 2 x Single Beds)

Bedroom 2: 1x King Bed

Bedroom 3: 1 x King Bed

Bedroom 4: 1 x Single Bunk

Living Room: 1 x Double Sofa Bed (best suited to 1 adult or 2 x small children only)

If you require the King-Split bed to be made as 2x Single beds, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival.

House Rules and Information

Parking: There is a large internal access garage for parking, or storing bikes, sports gear etc.

Strictly no parties, events or loud groups. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours who are close.

The property must be left tidy. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away before departure. Rubbish must be neatly bagged, and the BBQ must be left clean.

Only the number of guests on your booking are allowed at the property during your stay.

Please note The furnishings shown in current photos will be different to how the house will be furnished during your stay. We are having new professional photos taken and updated by 17th July at the latest.

Minimum check in age: 25
